Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Cebu City

We enjoyed our stay and the massager chair with the coffee espresso was our favorite. Almost everything you will need has been provided. I am thankful that Florabel and Ronah were responsive in all our communications. One suggestion will be if they can put a shower curtain in their bath tub since it make the bathroom flooring slippery. My mother had to be careful here. Overall, I will definitely come back here. Thank you Florabel.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super. Das Preis Leistungsverhähltniss war super. Der Host war immer gut zu erreichen und hat uns bei allen Anliegen weitergeholfen. In der Umgebung sind viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu Fuß zu unternehmen und es ist nah an Mactan Newton. In der Unterkunft ist alles was man benötigt. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die ich so noch in keiner Unterkunft gesehen habe und ebenfalls ein Unterhaltungsprogramm. Ich würde sofort wiederkommen!

Cozy house in the middle of a busy Philippine neighborhood. The house had a stove which is rare in homes ive rented in my previous trips. the living area had a nice couch that can be converted into a bed if you want to stay at home and watch movies. i was able to get grab food, groceries and a ride with no trouble. the air conditioning was available in each room which made the warm weather bearable for someone from the colder climates. the refridgerator worked well and the bathroom was stocked with everything i needed. will stay again when i come back.

We had an amazing time at Maam Djamila’s place! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect and the quiet ambiance made it a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Djamila and her husband were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Also, very very thankful for granting our urgent requests and letting my brother checked in earlier than the check-in time. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cebu. I would definitely stay here again!

Hiram's abode is truly amazing! No wonder why it's booked 100% 30 times a month❣️The host is very responsive to my concerns. There was a time when I told him about the problem with the kitchen sink and he immediately dispatched a repairman first hour the following day! That's 100% customer satisfaction🥳. Leizl (the caretaker) and her crew were still doing some " final touches" when we arrived almost around 1600H. They were all friendly and have vibrant smiles. She did a quick house tour, enough for us to know the basics around the house. All rooms are with AC, including the sala/kitchen area. The only thing that needs improvement might be the wattage of the lightings. I would say that there was something to improve on the illumination particularly in the dining area and bedrooms. Nevertheless, everthing is great! And oh, there's no bidet spray in the bathroom😉

Very accomodating owner and very responsive. We had a great stay! The location of the unit is near to the pool so I can easily look out for the kids while sitting at the balcony

Booked the stay with my husband for 1 day, it was a good experience. It’s a relaxing place to stay. There was some strange odor when we came in but eventually goes away. We were given a pin but for some reason it didn’t work but thankfully the host was quick to callback and was able to reset the lock so we were able to go inside the room. Will recommend 💯💯💯

We had a great stay. The residences are very new and clean. The area around can be a bit dark but there is still ongoing construction. However IT Park is very easy to walk to.

Was really looking for a place to stay within Cebu IT park. This was the best place I found, very convenient for 5 ppl -mka sleep jud ka ug tarong if 5-6 mo kabuok -inig naog dghan resto plus naay merry mart so accessible ra if need nimo ug home essentials -pwde ramo mka grocery sa ayala tas mag luto sa kitchen for bfast and lunch pra less gastos while mag laag2 within Cebu. You can save much this way tas sa dinner nlng mo mukaon sa gawas. -the host of the room was very accommodating jud and friendly

The place was really big! It also has 2 bathrooms which is great if you are a big group. There’s extra beds and complete kitchen supplies. One thing that could’ve been better was the wifi connection. If you’re working from home, make sure to bring a back up since it really is slow. Other than that, it’s really worth the price! 🫶

My family’s stay at Eva’s was pleasant. The unit has a beautiful view of the city from the master and guest bedrooms and the unit is as pictured in the photos. However, I do have to note that there was old food sitting in one of the kitchen sinks (likely from the previous guest). The bathrooms were my favorite; large and the hot water and pressure was fantastic. We encountered an issue with the aircon leaking in the living room but Eva did respond to us quickly when we addressed it. Walking distance to many restaurants. Very easy to catch a Grab from the condominium. 24 hour security - the surroundings are secure as there are many security guards in the area. The security staff at the front desk are extremely friendly and kind. Eva can also provide airport transportation upon request for an additional fee.

Tito was soooo kind! We arrived at 12am and got it the house around 12:15. The AC didn’t turn on, so we called tito AT 12:20am he answered with no trouble😭 He told us maybe the batteries ran out and had us switch the TV batteries and it worked! Thank you so much for always being so kind and responsive. Tito’s place was also clean and neat. It’s on the 4th floor though, so heads up for you guys! Thank u again po!

The place is surprisingly cheap yet it already offers more than enough of what anyone could need for a stay in the city. It was exactly near the landmarks we wanted to visit. The place itself also brings out a chill vibe, felt quite at home! Would definitely book again if ever I travel back to cebu.

The place is exactly what you see in the picture: the property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Air Condition units are working well, kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, our stay was just superb!
