We enjoyed the stay, as Floridians were not quite used to mountain driving so it took a bit longer to get to and from than we had thought

The house was wonderful. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Our family loved how peaceful it was.

Our stay was terrific! The hosts were very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. They even let us check in early since the house was ready, which was much appreciated after a long drive. The home felt so warm and welcoming, with just the right amount of adorable Valentine’s Day decorations. It was immaculate and more spacious than we expected. They even left us snacks and candies, which was such a thoughtful touch! The location was also great—close to stores and everything we needed. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Amazing peaceful lakefront house with big windows and everything you could ever ask for. Turn off your phones for a weekend and enjoy Norris Lake!

Great value to be right downtown with Free and secure parking. I loved the view of the river and bridge. So surprised that there were two bathrooms!

Martin and Nikki made us feel right at home. Had small items ready to use like snacks, coffee, etc. so we didn’t have to immediately run to grocery store. We had lots of privacy. Apt was so close to UTK and downtown - very easy to get to places we needed to go. PS. Tepulo Honey is a highly recommended restaurant!

David's place was perfect for our weekend getaway to Knoxville. Right off campus, lots of things to do, and walked to UT baseball and basketball games. David was a great host and the condo was perfect for me and my wife. We will stay there again on our next visit to Knoxville!

We had a wonderful time exploring Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. The place is beautiful with amazing views. Everything was super clean and they have everything you can think of. They are wonderful hosts. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

We had a great stay. The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the Old City. Extremely walkable to restaurants, bars, and a lively night life. The apartment was clean and as described. We would definitely stay here again when in Knoxville!

Really enjoyed my stay! Having the included parking pass and covered parking was great especially with snow and ice happening while I was there. Location is great, walkable to UTK pool where I was attending a swim meet. Many restaurants close by, very comfortable stay!! Would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jackson Ave. The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around Knoxville. Our hosts responded extremely quickly to any request we had and made our stay easy and comfortable. The historic building in which it is located added character that is accentuated by tasteful furnishings showcasing the architecture and history of this welcoming city. The icing on the cake for us was the secure and private garage that kept the snow and ice off our car. Thank you, Allie and Jamie!

So I was unsure of the appearance of the building. Building seems older and in need of an upgrade but the condo was very surprising. So nice and clean. Bed was very comfy and the shower pressure was amazing. The comforter was very nice and soft. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper since bedroom window is near an entrance. Will definitely stay again. Super close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay
