It was a great family home with all the amenities described and Rza was a great responsive host. I had great 5 days at his place. Comfortable living. It was also quite peaceful at nights. The neighbourhood is great, very close to all the areas. It took us 10-15 mins to any touristy spot. 👍 Thanks for having us!

Baku itself is an incredible city, filled with rich history, vibrant culture, and an energy that is truly unforgettable. The location of the apartment made it easy to explore all that Baku has to offer, from its modern architecture to its charming old town. Bardzo fajne miejsce w centrum miasta , łatwe , elastyczne dostanie się do mieszkania. Było wszystko co potrzebowałem. Wygodne łóżko.Komunikatywny gospodarz który bardzo szybko odpowiada na wiadomości. Jeśli kiedyś będę potrzebował noclegu w Baku chętnie tu wrócę.Polecam 👍

The owner is very accommodating and the location of the property is very near the old city and very accessible for a tourist. Although the bldg is old tge Unit is very clean, private and safe. Planning to book again for my next trip to Azerbaijan. 🇦🇿

The house was just as described. Although some minor issues arose, as soon as we contacted Xamis, he promptly came and resolved them. The location of the house is excellent, making it ideal for relaxation during the summer months.

Great location. A really beautiful space, modern and minimalist with en-suite and very comfortable bed. Close to the sea and other tourist places then nearby shop. We would recommend the palace.

Мы останавливались здесь с 24 апреля по 2 мая. В доме жили две семьи, 7 человек. Места хватило всем. Очень уютный дворик, есть мангал, даже самовар принесли) Мебель не новая, но дома очень чисто и аккуратно. До моря мин 7. До Баку 25 мин на такси, 10 манат примерно. Спасибо за чудесный отдых!

Sabina’s place was wonderful. It was exactly what I was looking for, for the price that I was searching. Modern, safe, accessible, and most importantly, it has great amenities, access to the gym/pool, and I also enjoyed the fact that there was a grocery store, coffee shop, restaurant, flower shop, and other businesses located on the first floor of the building. This place and the host exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the balcony. The view was stunning. Sabina khanum is so thoughtful that she even left flip-flops to wear on the balcony. Sabina is an amazing host, and she’s extremely friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Thank you so much Sabina khanum, I will be happy to rent your place when I come back to Baku next time.
