Das Apartment war geräumig und alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Anlage ist schön und wir haben den Pool sehr gerne genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einwandfrei und wir wurden bei Anreise und Check-In flexibel unterstützt. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

An amazing apartment in an amazing location, gorgeous evening views of the castle, an easy walk to so many areas. Nuno was probably the most thorough and communicative hosts we’ve ever had. Would stay here again 100/100 times.

O espaço era super confortável e tínhamos disponível a mão tudo que era preciso. A localização era muito boa, facilitando o deslocamento por toda a cidade. We had a great month staying at Claudia’s little haven. It was described perfectly and felt very homely, which was lovely especially when we were staying for a month. Claudia was very responsive and helpful during our stay, she gave us some great recommendations of local restaurants and places to go. We had a few things that needed sorting and she was very quick to answer. The apartment was a great location to get to Belém, Santos and into central Lisbon with 10 minutes in a cab. Lots of choice of restaurants and a Lidl close by as well as other supermarkets. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the garden space much as it rained a lot, but to be expected at this time of year. I’m sure there will be a next time! Many thanks Claudia Katie

We had a lovely stay. The unit was very clean, spacious, simply decorated and aesthetically pleasing. The wi-fi worked well. The water pressure from the shower and faucets were really good. It's an amazingly located building in the middle of it all but still pretty quiet at night. Countless wonderful places to eat in the area and the coffee shop directly attached to the building was very good. There was some slight construction happening on the weekdays (beginning around 8am) but we rarely had an issue since we were usually out of the unit at that time. The building has a small elevator which was very convenient. The check-in process was very simple. We were greeted upon arrival and shown around the unit. The hosts were responsive and informative. The next time we are in Lisbon, we are heavily considering staying here again and we would highly recommend this AirBnB to others.

we have stayed at many apartments at Balaia over the years and MIchels was one of the best. Really lovely position, close to the pool, large garden space and the apartment was so well stocked with all the essentials you would need for a comfortable stay (we stayed a month). Michel was a great and responsive host checking we had arrived and settled in ok. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely apartment - we hope to stay again soon

Absolutely loved this stay! Beautifully appointed flat, and reception is also so helpful and friendly. It was the perfect way to start our stay in Lisbon and I wished we could have stayed here for the duration of our trip. The location is very convenient and walkable, with many great restaurants in the vicinity. The flat itself is very clean, with nice linens - very nicely designed. I loved the high ceilings and waking up and opening the windows was a morning perk! The larger bed (larger than typical European king -- more like a US king size) was also very much appreciated. Thank you so much for a really lovely stay!! I would certainly rebook for any return visits to Lisbon!

It was a great place to stay; I recommend it. I'm a digital nomad, and the house's internet connection was stable, with good Wi-Fi and cable to connect directly to the computer if needed. The house has everything you may need. I totally recommend it, and I'm looking forward to returning. If I were to go back to Sagres, I would stay here again.

Superbe appartement au cœur de l’Alfama. Avec de super restos et une vue sur la mer. On s’y sent vite chez soi et Rui a plein de bonnes recommandations. Bref, ce fut un séjour des plus agréables !!

From the moment I booked the reservation, Isabel was solicitous, helpful, responsive and lovely! Situated in a beautiful neighborhood, with a stunning view, and close to a metro, great restaurants, parks, cafes, shops. Just a perfect home to have on my first visit to such a wonderful place.

Martin and Den could not have been more accomodating from start to finish. We felt like we were staying with friends After a month with them it's clear how much they care for their guests as well making the camp as comfortable as possible. The terrace view is lovely and there is plenty of space to relax in. our little dog really felt at home too. we rented surf equipment and everything went great, Martin even helped us out with a couple of useful tips. we can't praise Den and Martin enough for thier kindness and professionalism. we will be staying in contact and hope to see you both again soon! L'endroit est impeccable ! Chambre, salle de bain et cuisine, toutes très propres, bien rangées et spacieuses. Excellent emplacement, commerces, marchés et restaurants et transports en commun à la porte. Il se trouve à seulement 12 minutes du centre de Lisbonne et à 2 minutes de la Gare do Oriente.
