My stay in Paris was simply perfect thanks to this apartment! The location is fantastic, well connected to transportation and close to everything you may need. The apartment was clean, cozy and equipped with all the comforts, exactly as described. A real corner of peace after a day around the city. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to live an authentic and comfortable experience in Paris! Sonia was a great host! From the beginning she was super helpful and kind, always answering any questions quickly. A stay beyond impeccable! The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped. Every detail has been thoughtfully thought out for absolute comfort, from incredibly comfortable bed to modern and convenient amenities. The location is ideal: close to everything, but in a quiet and pleasant setting. The host was very kind, very responsive and concerned about our well-being. Everything was perfect from start to finish! An address that I recommend without a second thought and where I'll be happy to come back.

We had an amazing stay in Paris in this perfect apartment located centrally. It is within 20-30 mins walk from Gare du Nord, NotreDame, Sacre Coeur, Musee d’Orsay and closer to the Louvre. We walked everywhere. We loved the restaurants in the Passage Panoramas below and enjoyed sitting on the the balcony and taking in the view. The flat was peaceful and well equipted. Communication with the hosts was swift, friendly and informative. We will definitely return.

The hosts are very friendly, they explained everything to us and were always available when needed. The apartment matches the photos and description perfectly. We particularly appreciated the presence of a parking lot, as well as the proximity of a Carrefour, bakery, pharmacy and RER stop. For us it's not very convenient to have only one key, but we adapted. Everything went very well. Thank you!
