Very nice stay in Lyon, the accommodation is very pleasant, the decoration of the apartment gives it a very cozy look, everything is provided in the accommodation (sponge, tea bag, dish soap, shower gel) the host is responsive and friendly, close to the tram and the convenient metro to reach the city center. We will come back without hesitation

Catherine has arranged this cocoon in a delicious way and with force of practical details (coffee, juice, jam...beautiful bedding and linen). The property and villa are very well maintained and very clean. House is very tasteful and of high quality furnishings. It's actually as beautiful as the pictures show. Surroundings is quiet and the property is located on the outskirts with unobstructed views of nature. Especially from the balcony you have a fantastic view of the rolling countryside. Especially our children loved the pool and also used it extensively. And yet you can get to Lyon quickly. We would be in Lyon for the first time and the city is really worth spending more than a few hours here. Our hosts were very friendly and always quick to respond. For example, I was able to charge my car electrically at the existing wallbox. We also had a contact person on site who had good tips for us, but otherwise did not have to use them, as everything was described and explained very well either in advance or in a provided folder. Recommendation!!!

absolutely a hidden gem in the city! Situated in a quiet neighborhood up on the Fourviere, truly the place to be if you love to live like a local! Quiet, but not remote. Bus stop only 5mins walk away with several bus routes get you right to the city centre with literally 10mins of travel time. A small community high street nearby also offers all the groceries you need for your stay. P.s. the best bakery shop is also here! The property is a dream house for anyone that loves a good quality of living! Top quality amenities, kitchen appliances (Miele, Liebherr) you name it! Clean and tidy, yet warm and welcoming! We even enjoyed the Christmas decorations set by Sam and Louis! It is truly a home away from home! Sam and Louis were extremely friendly and helpful! the check-in was super smooth. We enjoyed visiting the places suggested by Sam and certainly the freshly laid eggs from the hen! Will definitely stay again!

We had a great time at Agnès's place. The listing is as described. We even found it more beautiful than in the pictures. The place is very quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Agnès is a welcoming and friendly host who is easy to talk to. Agnès was very flexible with our arrival and departure. The large enclosed yard was perfect for our dog Scott to stretch his legs. We recommend this listing and, of course, we will come back, maybe on a sunny day, to enjoy the pool.

Very nice place to stay, very friendly hostess. Supermarket and bakery within 5 minutes' walking distance, old town in 10-15 minutes. The residential complex seems a bit anonymous, but the roof terrace is very chic - we will be happy to come back!
