La casa è situata 100 mt dal lago in uno dei cortili antichi di Suna tra le case della Suna vecchia ,all interno dei cortili vecchi , a 200 mt dalle piscine e 100 dalle spiagge comunali . In 5 minuti a piedi si arriva a Pallanza . La casa si trova in centro storico , isola pedonale , si arriva a piedi . Ci sono due posteggi a 50mt uno in via Balilla e l altro lungo la via Toubetzkoy .
