Die Himmelsleiter und damit die Treppe zum Elbstrand ist 2 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Dort kann man einen Café in der Strandperle oder dem Ahoi genießen. Internet ist vorhanden und darf mitbenutzt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Metzgerei) sind fußläufig 5-10 Minuten in der Liebermannstrasse zu finden.
