This 1 bedroom retreat, complemented by a cozy sofa bed, comfortably accommodates 4 guests. 800 sq ft of open space, it's ideal for weekend escapes or family getaways. Only minutes from Oliver, our home promises convenience and comfort. Private deck, breathtaking vistas, the use of 75 ft of sandy beachfront and complimentary access to paddle boards, canoes, kayaks, and BBQ facilities. Your idyllic retreat awaits.

The space
This a 4 Townhome Resort, each unit is an individual complete home with its own deck small upper deck off the master and a lower deck for relaxing and entertaining. There's shared green space, and 75' of beachfront that is shared with the other 3 homes. Each Home is 1 bed and 1 bath, with a pull out couch.
You also get the use of one of two large BBQ's and the use of Kayaks, paddle boards and canoe.
