This newly renovated 2 bedroom plus a classic ladder access loft with queen bed cottage is on a large, private and beautifully forested lot.

Go from the comfort of the cozy cottage interior to the spectacular elevated wrap around deck with dining area and fire place. Enjoy Salerno Lake while spending time on the new private dock located across the quiet road, down a short path from the cottage. Boat launch only 10 minutes away. Where you can spend your days skiing, fishing or use the provided canoe and lifejackets to explore the lake. When you are finished, secure your boat at the dock and it is ready to go when you are.

Swimming, fishing, boating, snowmobiling, skiing or simply taking in the amazing views of Salerno Lake, this cottage will exceed your every expectation. Immaculate, cozy, warm and peaceful, this is where you will make lasting memories, enjoy the outdoors and simply unwind.
