This luxury farmhouse is designed to be your home away from home with a little touch of whimsy.
Enjoy practical functionality with luxury design. The 1st floor features a full kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a coffee wet-bar, a main floor 3-piece bathroom, a large living room with a TV and a pull-out couch (which can sleep 2 additional guests), games room (the “parlour”), 4-season sunroom and dining spaces.
The 2nd floor houses 3 bedrooms (2 of which include their own 2-piece ensuites), a main 4-piece bathroom with a modern clawfoot soaker tub and large shower. There is also a dedicated laundry room.
The 3rd floor features 2 bedrooms, a 4-piece bathroom plus a lounge which can act as flex space and includes a dry bar, TV and a sectional (which can sleep 2 overnight guests). In total this house can accommodate 14 overnight guests!
Spend your days exploring the surrounding area and towns, take day trips to nearby lakes/beaches such as Lake Scugog and Balsam lake etc., hike on the trans Canada trail, relax in and around the farmhouse, hang with the animals, play games and activities, or even work remotely.
Some of the outdoor amenities include an in-ground pool and hot tub, decks, a fire pit and BBQ (with pizza oven). Plus, there are a few fun surprises along the way. Find tranquility from scenic views as well as comfortable thoughtful décor.

Event venue: Carriage House – Available as an Optional Add-On
Need extra space? The Carriage House is the perfect spot for hangouts, fitness, or relaxation during your stay. It’s not for overnight accommodations, but it offers a fun atmosphere with games (Ping Pong, Foosball, & Pinball), a bar area, a projector for movies, and optional fitness equipment (treadmill, Bowflex, weights, etc.).

Farm animal encounters and care:
Renting this home, you will have the opportunity to experience caring for the Chickens, Goats, Sheep and Alpacas!* The animals are low-maintenance. Their care is fairly basic and would include letting them in and out of their pens and pastures (morning and night) plus providing them with their food and water once or twice a day. Details will be provided in the welcome binder (found at the farm).

*The goats are curious and are also known to be escape artists. They do sometimes escape from their pasture. They are friendly and are OK to be out (just be mindful of the road) and can be lured back into their area with some feed.
