The space
This luxury, newly furnished 3-bedroom condo located in the centre of Pacifico’s 175 acres is directly on the lazy river pools with a view of the distant mountainside sunsets from the 3rd floor (no elevator). From the moment you drive up to the front gate you will realize what makes Pacifico an exclusive luxury condo resort. It is a 24-hour secure gated community in the middle of town with impeccably landscaped lush grounds, mature trees and gardens. A short walk to the beach and all shops, restaurants and local nightlife. Pacifico contains several lazy river pools that run between the condo units with many loungers, tables and umbrellas. There is an adult only jacuzzi, lap pool and a couple of child friendly zero degree entry pools, complete with a splash fountain. The Pina Shack poolside grill & bar offers a varied and delicious menu, including beverages. They will happily deliver to your chaise lounge, or unit, should you choose. Pacifico offers many ways to be active and explore during your stay including; hiking trails (complete with waterfalls), children’s playground, picnic area, pavilion perched in the hillside looking over the Pacific (perfect for evening sunsets), tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. It also boasts a full gym with state-of-the-art equipment a spinning studio and yoga classes. Personal training is also offered. (additional fees may apply).
A well-equipped kitchen, dining room and balcony contain every essential to make your stay feel like home. With the air-conditioned Auto Mercado just steps away, you can choose to dine in, or likewise there are plentiful options to dine-out, order-in or takeout. The Auto Mercado has a vast selection of local and North American brands, fresh fruit, baked goods, prepared meals and over the counter fresh fish and meats, plus an extensive selection of international wines and spirits. Should you prefer to dine out, there are several nearby restaurants with-in walking distance. Located at the entrance to Pacifico are the Taproom Bistro and Nikkei Asian fusion restaurants. Within a few minutes walking distance, the dining selection is outstanding; Italian, Wood-fired Pizza, Asian, Indian, Greek, Seafood, Mexican, American and of course local Costa Rican cuisine. There is something to fit every taste and budget. Most restaurants also offer delivery, if you are just too exhausted to prepare a meal after your daytime adventures.
The Pacifico Beach Club is a short shuttle/drive with another 2 pools, jacuzzi, private palapas, full-service restaurant (Santa Alma) and bar (Blu Bar). It is well worth the visit for the day to frolic on the golden beach and calm waters or enjoy evening cocktails, entertainment, and unparalleled pacific sunsets. You can take it casual and enjoy a cocktail and appetizer while relaxing in one of their swimming pools or jacuzzi. Or if your preference is fine dining, Santa Alma has a delicious and fresh menu. NOTE: There is a $25 per adult consumption charge for use of the beach club. You don’t need to book ahead of your trip, you can make that choice after you check it out for yourself.

The entire 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1700sq foot condo is yours to call home for the duration of your stay. It is located on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. Please note; there are no porters available to assist with your luggage. You are renting a condo, within a gated community. You can freely access several pools, jacuzzi, loungers, patio furniture, umbrellas, pool side full service bistro and full service beach club. The tennis, pickleball, basketball, football courts need to be pre-booked, which we can assist you with online. The gym, is accessible for an additional fee. The Beach Club also requires you to consume $25 per person for use of their facilities, loungers etc. But you must experience at least one sunset while there. There is also a free shuttle service to take you to and from the Beach Club. Their schedule is posted by the several stops throughout Pacifico.
