The space
Brand new high-end custom home, built to passive house energy efficiency standards. 2 bdrm/1.5 bath (+ outdoor shower) downstairs, w/ additional large king bed sleeping loft/tv/yoga room. There are views of the forest from every room and it truly feels like you are floating in the trees. Window nooks perfect for cozy reading and storm watching. 9’6” ceilings downstairs make it feel spacious.
Cedar mud room with heated floors for drying wetsuits and all your outdoor gear. Outdoor rain shower, hose and surfboard rack provided for rinsing off after the beach.
3 king beds with Fairmont Stearns & Foster® Luxury Euro Plush Pillowtop mattresses. Linen and cotton percale bedding; duck down duvets and pillows.
Kitchen fully equipped with the tools you need to create gourmet meals at home. KitchenAid appliances with high end induction range, Vitamix blender, automatic pourover Zwilling coffee maker and burr grinder. Henckels chef’s knife set. Ceramic dishes. BBQ and tools provided. Dining table for 8.
Spa-inspired bathroom with deep bathtub and 10” rainshower, heated polished concrete floors, a double sink vanity and Turkish cotton towels.
Set up for kids with 2 twin beds, a Babybjorn pack’n’play, lobster style high chair to clip onto table or island, blackout window blind, and a foam baby playmat. 50” smart tv and a few board games available.
Satellite wifi - expect limited video streaming speeds and slow uploads.

NO SMOKING of any kind. No parties. No music outside after 10pm please. Max 7 people, no additional guests. Strictly enforced.
EV vehicles plugging into house power will be charged a $15/day fee. No charger provided.
Outdoor shower is seasonal and may not be available if temperatures are near freezing.
Sauna new for June 2024 onwards. Please note use is not guaranteed, it will not be functional during power outages.
Guest access
Private access to the whole home. Caretaker may be on the property at times.

Bring your slippers for the concrete floors!
Outdoor firepit available, firewood and axe under tarp next to driveway. 2 camp chairs available in mudroom.
Wifi is satellite so not the fastest. Video calling usually lags (Zoom etc). Very limited cell service in the area (but you can find it in certain spots.)
We have a backup power generator that should kick in automatically to cover the essentials if we lose power. Headlamps are recommended just in case.
Please note exterior security cameras are in place. If we see unauthorized pets or guests above the confirmed number your reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave.
