Sage House is a beautiful place to stay with friends and family. This spacious character home offers bright natural light, sizable dining and living space, and lush beds for a comfortable sleep.

The location couldn't be better; steps away from The Drake, Millennium Trail, and right next door to The Gathering Spot. Wineries, galleries, restaurants, grocery store, and pharmacy are a stone's throw away.

The space
The living room at Sage House is cozy and comfortable. A corner couch with lots of fluffy pillows and fleece throws is a great place to stretch out and drink a glass of wine or beer from one of the many local producers (there's a brewery just across the street!). The home does have a TV. There's also a second, smaller living room that has a pull-out futon.

The outdoor space is quite large, with picnic tables so you can enjoy the great weather. From the side yard you can even see the water. There is enough space in the yard to host a group yoga, fitness, or craft activity.

Amenities include two bathrooms (one shower), laundry machine and dryer, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer, kettle, coffee percolator, microwave, toaster oven, pack 'n play, portable gate, and high chair.

The house comes with linens, mugs, wine glasses, plates, serveware, and kitchen utensils. Just bring groceries + yourselves!
