This tranquil guest suite is perfect for singles or couples looking for a unique space to temporarily call home (30 day minimum stay). The newly renovated carriage house is tucked away at the back of the property, with it's own exclusive deck and parking space. Idyllic location in the heart of Picton, walkable to all local amenities, open concept (400 sq./ft.) with beautiful cathedral ceilings, a comfy king bed, kitchenette, bathroom (with rain shower!), A/C, parking, and powerful WIFI (3GB!).

The space
This newly renovated luxury space is a mix of modern & county charm. It's the ultimate stylish yet cozy space for extended stays.

Includes:
- Open concept space (400 sq.ft) with a king bed, premium bedding, seating area, kitchenette, and a fresh & squeaky clean bathroom!
- Exclusive sundeck that overlooks the backyard and an open field behind it. Complete with a new Weber BBQ, and table/ chairs for enjoying morning coffee & al fresco dining
- Comfy sitting area has 2 large blue leather reclining chairs, designer coffee table, an art-frame TV, and a dresser for clothing storage
- Kitchenette has all you need for eating in: fridge, KitchenAid countertop all in one convection oven/toaster/air fryer, hotplate, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cutlery, serving wear, and a large kitchen island for eating and/or working at with cool (& surprisingly comfortable!) tractor seat stools!
- Beautiful fresh modern bathroom with rain shower & premium towels
-Entranceway closet with sliding barn door (the original carriage house door before the reno!) for footwear, jackets, & outdoor gear
- Powerful WIFI (3GB!), heat/air-conditioning, and your own dedicated parking space

This suite is in it's own building at back of property on the 2nd floor of the Carriage House. You'll head up by an outdoor staircase that leads to your exclusive deck with outdoor seating, a sun umbrella and brand new Weber BBQ. You'll have your own parking space beside the carriage house, and there is a spot to lock up your bike under the deck if you choose.

The main floor is homeowners storage with a totally sperate entrance. The yard and firepit is exclusively for the homeowners use.

Other things to note
* The Star Carriage House Guest Suite has a 30-day minimum. It's ideal for extended/working vacations, or a temporary place to call home while moving/renovating or working seasonally in PEC.
*Linens and towels are included.
*Necessities are provided for the beginning part of your stay: hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, tea, coffee, olive oil, salt & pepper, and a few spices. You may need to replenish depending on your usage :)
* A basic monthly cleaning can be arranged ($) upon request
