PARKING
Enjoy ample parking with our driveway accommodating up to 4 vehicles. Please do not park on the grass and street parking is prohibited.
PARTIES & EVENTS
To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for our neighbors, Oasis Palms prohibits parties, receptions, and events. Local ordinances require quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am, and any violation will result in a $500 fine per occurrence. By booking with us, you agree to this policy and understand that excessive noise or disturbances may result in non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels inside the house at a reasonable volume and keep doors closed when playing music. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere for all.
PETS
Pets are not permitted at Oasis Palms.
Guest access
At Oasis Palms, our guests are granted unrestricted access to all of our fabulous amenities.
You will be provided a unique code for the front door and this will only be enabled for the duration of your stay. Please note that this code will not be enabled until the Rental Agreement is returned signed by the guest making the reservation. The code will be sent to you in a message the morning of your arrival.

Pool Rules:
For the safety and well-being of all guests, diving is prohibited in all areas of the pool. Additionally, we kindly request that all individuals refrain from bringing any glass items in or near the pool to prevent potential hazards and maintain a clean environment.
Oasis Palms does not provide a lifeguard on duty. Therefore, the property's owners and agents cannot assume liability for any pool or lake related incidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries that may occur during your stay. We strongly encourage all guests to exercise caution and adhere to all posted safety guidelines when using the pool and lake area.
Drugs:
At Oasis Palms, we maintain a strict policy prohibiting the storage or usage of any illegal drugs on our premises at any time. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.
Smoking:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is not permitted inside our premises at any time.
We do, however, allow outdoor smoking and vaping for your convenience. Please note that we ask all smokers to avoid getting ashes on any furniture and to ensure all butts end up in the garbage to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all.
We take the issue of smoking and vaping seriously, and we strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards smoking indoors. A charge of up to $600 will be applied for smoking inside our premises or for any damage caused to our outdoor furniture as a result of smoking or vaping.
Cameras:
At Oasis Palms, we have taken measures to ensure the protection of our guests by installing Ring cameras at the following locations:
-front door
-overlooking the front yard
These cameras only record when motion is detected. There are no cameras inside the house, all cameras are in the front yard.
We also have a Minut Decibel Detector in the backyard area for noise.
