The space
I'm Canadian from Vancouver, BC and have been coming to the island since 1977. Dani is from the Czech Republic but is American and has lived on island since 2010. We fell in love here and this is our winter home. We feel privileged to own this remarkable piece of paradise and just love to share her with others as we know that being here changes everyone who stays here, if even just a tiny bit. You will always take a little bit of napili home with you in your heart when you leave. You will know exactly what I mean by this when you get here. :)
Recently updated, unit A13 has 2 new 55 inch smart TV's on new feature walls in living room and bedroom, LG full-size W/D, window coverings, ceiling fans, dishwasher, privacy electronic lanai sun screen, king size stearns and foster adjustable bed, lighting, electric sit stand desk, executive chair.
Napili Point is famous for Hawaiian Honu's (turtle's in english) so Dani honors them with her hand made mosaic planter (Lulu is her name). There are a few dozen Honu's living right out your front door and you will see them everyday. Best glimpse time with "them all out" is early morning and sunset in this 1 bedroom oceanfront condo.
This part of the island is also famous for surfing. They held the WSL (World Surf League) Maui event here in 2021 in the also world famous Honolua bay. There are 2 incredible surf breaks right in front of our unit (picture above is our break) on the left is "Little Maks" (named for a little Makaha) with a consistent right break, does have a left on really big days like in the picture. To the right this unit "Hole in the Head" with another right and a left that goes into Napili Beach when its big. If you feel like it, and you don't have to because it's epic here when the surf is up, you can take a 2 minute drive down the beach with your board to "Iron Woods", "DT Fleming", and "Honolua Bay", or a 15 minute ride to "Kaanapali" or 20 minutes to a great beginners beach always popular with the locals called "Launiupoko".
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SURFBOARD THEY ARE JUST DECORATION.
While this is a NON SMOKING property there is a smoking section in the top parking lot area across from the front desk next to the front of the property. You will see it has a sitting area with chairs and an ashtray.
NOTE: This property is scheduled for a total and complete renovation September 1st 2025 and will be closed for the fall and not reopen for bookings until July of 2026. The renovation will consist of an open floor plan, Island kitchen design with top of the line sub zero, wolf appliances and fixtures. New designer bathroom with bathtub and dream shower, all new built in cabinets throughout complete with matching tile flooring and lighting inside and out. New windows and doors will finish the compliment. Rentals will be limited and rates will increase so book early. If you are a previous guest of our lovely (A13) please mention that to get a discount in coming years.

Place is yours so enjoy it fully. Please respect and don't try and open the owners lock off closet doors.
Other things to note
Please help keep the dust in the unit down and if you would be so kind as to refill the dryer vent water basket located in the broom/vacuum closet in the kitchen if you are doing a lot of laundry.

Arrival PRE-CHECKS: To ensure that our homes meet our standards, just prior to each check-in, our Auditors do a final inspection and a comprehensive video recording to verify the property condition will meet our guest 5 star expectations. If by chance the cleaners missed a small detail, please contact us so we have an opportunity to resolve.
**Safety and cleanliness procedures implemented may be adjusted in consideration of local practices, government requirements and guidance, and the situation where the condo is located.
BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos and tiny lizards. These guys are all friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.
IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. They are all part of hawaii and island life.
**Although our place is very peaceful and neighbors usually quiet, we make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.
