The space
Casa Arcos is the ultimate space for a relaxing beach vacation. Walkable to the beach, and huge community pool, rancho, BBQ and outdoor dining are steps away.
The airy and open great room is a perfect gathering space for family and friends with loads of comfortable seating and a smart TV.
The upstairs loft is an additional communal space, and leads out to a spacious balcony overlooking the pool and rancho–the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and listen to the birds, monkeys, and waves!
There are minisplit ACs and fans in each bedroom and throughout the home.

Casa Arcos is the only home in the area with an outdoor garden oasis for your enjoyment. The huge yard has ample seating, solar lights, flowers and fruit trees–perfect for enjoying yoga and coffee in the morning, and a cocktail in the evening.

4 smart TVs – we recommend a VPN connection to sign in and access your subscription services.
The house is also set up for a comfortable and relaxing working vacation for digital nomads, complete with the highest speed internet available in the area, mesh routers to ensure strong signal throughout the property, and 2 dedicated work stations including monitors and more to make for the perfect working retreat.

Brand new full sized washer and dryer and clothesline. Plastic-free laundry tablets are provided at check-in.

3 dedicated parking spaces, with additional parking along the yard.
Beach and pool supplies are available for your enjoyment, including chair, sand toys, pool noodles, a boogie board, and beach towels. This property is well suited for gatherings of family and friends.

Located in a small, quiet gated community with huge shared pool and outdoor kitchen with BBQ. A short walk to beautiful Playa Hermosa, as well as restaurants, bars and shopping. Only 15 minutes from Playas del Coco and a quick 30 minutes from Liberia Airport.
