Welcome to Angel Road Chalet
This brand-new spectacular custom built 5-bedroom, 6 bed, 4.5-bathroom chalet with a 14-foot swim spa is less then 3 hours from the GTA and located in the beautiful hamlet of Eagle Lake.
Luxury and comfort perfectly combined, this chalet was designed for family and friends to connect, relax and make memories that will last a lifetime.
With an oversized fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, 3 cozy and comfortable Living rooms (one on each floor) all boasting large smart screen TV’s, Games area, outdoor patio with BBQ, and an outdoor firepit. There is not a lack of places to entertain, unwind and reset.

Equipped with linens, central air conditioning and heating, coffee and expresso maker, peloton bike, dedicated workspace, unlimited Wi-Fi, washer/ dryer, and children’s toys.
High ceilings throughout the property with ceiling fans in every bedroom.
The main floor master bedroom has a walkthrough closet leading to a stunning ensuite with shower, freestanding soaker tub and a double vanity. Full bathrooms are finished with large scale tile and custom showers. Thought and care went into every aspect of this one-of-a- kind property.
The chalet is only a 3-minute drive to Sir Sams Ski and Ride, where you can ski in the winter months, and downhill bike and hike in the summer. Eagle lake beach is just down the road and offers a beautiful sandy beach, kids' playground and boat launch. Bring your snowmobiles and jump right onto the B trail which is part of the OFSC trail system, accessible less then one minute from the property.
The town of Haliburton is a short drive away where you can find restaurants, grocery stores, Gas, LCBO, pharmacies, cafes, art galleries, spas, farmers markets, cross country skiing, snow shoeing and hiking trails.
When you return from your day of adventure and exploring the highlands, you will find peace and calmness by the campfire under the stars, spending time in the spa in the winter or cooking up your favorite dish and relaxing on the cozy couches.

*PLEASE NOTE*
• It is mandatory you have all-wheel or 4-wheel drive with winter tires, while visiting the property during the winter season. Roads can become snow or ice covered, all travel too and from the property is at your own risk and expense.
• Fire wood is not provided.
• This is a smoke free cottage, no smoking of any kind inside the cottage. Please note the cottage has smoke detecting units throughout the cottage. Please use the side deck if you wish to smoke and insure all cigarette butts are disposed of properly. There will be an additional $500 cleaning fee applied to any guests who is found to smoke in the cottage.
• Please ensure all guests (no children under 12 years old are allowed in the swim spa.) rinse off prior to using the swim spa. Should the spa need to be emptied due to misuse a $600 fee will be added to your stay. (The spa is balanced and cleaned prior to each stay.) We ask that guests refrain from using the swim spa between 11pm-7am, to ensure the outside noise is kept to a minimum during the quite hours.
• All pets must be registered and approved before your arrival. Please make any pets known to us at the time of booking. This cottage accommodates a maximum of 2 dogs and a pet fee is charged. ($30 per pet)

Travel to, from, and while at the cottage is at the guest’s own risk. During the winter months, road conditions in the Haliburton Highlands can be challenging, and all-wheel drive or 4x4 vehicles are mandatory for safe access.
Please be aware that driveways, decks, steps, and pathways may become slippery or snow-covered. Guests are expected to use caution at all times.
While snow removal is maintained as best as possible, the property owner and its representatives are not responsible for slips, falls, injuries, or accidents (including those resulting in death) related to winter travel or conditions.
That said, the cottage offers a truly magical winter experience — from cozy nights indoors to snow-covered trails and frozen lake adventures. With proper preparation, you’ll be able to enjoy all the beauty and activities the season has to offer.
To help you enjoy your winter getaway safely and comfortably, we recommend bringing:
• 🚙 AWD or 4x4 vehicle for navigating snowy/icy roads.
• 👢 Winter boots with good grip for outdoor areas.
• 🧣 Warm layers & outdoor gear for exploring.
• 🔦 Flashlights or headlamps (days are shorter in winter).
• 🥫 Extra food & essentials in case of heavy snowfall.
• 🪵 Firewood if you’d like to use the outdoor firepit (when safe).
