Host feedback inspired us to bring all the pricing tools together in your calendar. You can adjust your prices, change your availability, and review any discounts or promotions you’ve set, in one convenient place.

No matter which tool you use to help manage your pricing, we’ll show you what the guest pays and what you earn. We’ve also made it easier to set discounts. Simply move a slider and your average weekly or monthly price changes with the amount of your discount.

Updated price breakdowns

As a Host, you always control your price. It’s helpful to know how your price shows up in guest searches, because the nightly price you set isn’t the total price a guest pays.

The guest’s total price includes all fees before taxes, except in regions where local rules require including taxes as well. Understanding the total price can help you offer good value and support your earnings goals.

In the coming weeks, we’re rolling out an updated price breakdown tool. Simply select any number of nights on your calendar to get the details of the guest’s total price for those dates. The price breakdown lists the nightly price, fees, any discounts or promotions, taxes, and your earnings.

Choose a date on your calendar to update your price and get a breakdown of the guest’s price and your earnings.

From your calendar, select any open date or date range. Below your nightly price, you’ll find a button displaying the total price a guest would pay for that reservation. Tapping or clicking the button pulls up the price and earnings breakdown.

Improved weekly and monthly discounts

Offering discounts for weekly and monthly stays can help you earn more with less work managing turnovers. You’ve told us that it’s challenging to figure out how discounts affect your price and earnings.

When you set a discount, you’ll find a suggestion based on your listing and demand for similar listings in your area. To change the amount, move the slider. This will instantly adjust your average weekly or monthly price and earnings to reflect the discount.

To use the discount slider, scroll to Discounts in your Pricing tab, then select Weekly or Monthly. You can also add a discount by entering a number next to the percent sign.
